All my services have a minimum duration of 1 hour, and can go up to 2 hours. Each session includes a preliminary conversation followed by the massage ritual and a moment to relax with a warm infusion.
Lomi Lomi Session
Inspired by the movements of water, this Hawaiian technique produces deeper states of relaxation, freeing not only the body but also the mind.

I've been a masseur for more than 10 years. In my journey through this world, I've come into contact with many ways of healing the body as well as different views about the mind and spirituality, all of which have influenced my work and my approach to our well-being.
As a masseur, I've developed my unique way of treating people and adopted the unique style of Lomi Lomi to help in my work to provide the best massage and the best relaxing, awakening experience. My work does not limit itself to being a massage: a mixture of movements and tequenichs performed in a sequence learned from others. Instead, my movements are randomly made, guided by intuition and by what the body "speaks" to me while I do the massage.
My work is my calling: to help others connect with their own bodies and reconnect with their spirit through the use of touch and sound.
Where to find me?
If you are a local and you come by car, the best is to park it on the parking lot underneath the Parque Itália, with entrance by the street Júlio Dinis.
Other than a car the best option is the Metro. You can choose to step off at Casa da Musica or at Carolina Michaelis; wichever you choose it's a 5-minute walk to the Saudade Building.
Once at the building, the studio will be on the 3rd floor, in room 32.
